Enjoy seasonal delicacies of various regions of Tohoku in buffet or Kaiseki (set of dishes served on an individual tray) style.

Our new buffet restaurant with a motif of samurai residence in Aizuwakamatsu opened in March, 2024. A wide variety of seasonal dishes and local cuisine from various regions of Tohoku are served, and you can enjoy freshly prepared dishes from the live kitchen.

You can enjoy dishes made from ingredients produced in Fukushima, such as “Fukushima beef” cooked in red wine and local cuisines including “Kozuyu” soup, “Wappameshi” steamed rice, “Aizu tofu”, and “Aizu soba”.
The live kitchen offers freshly prepared dishes such as nigirizushi made with fresh fish directly from Sanriku, tempura, and steak while you watch the chef's brilliant skills.

Breakfast

Japanese and Western dishes are served for breakfast. Among them, you can enjoy “Koshihikari rice” produced in the prefecture, “Omelette made from eggs produced by local Aizu poultry”, “Kitakata ramen” and Marumine's specialty, “Steamed Vege Basket” using vegetables produced in Fukushima.
